EDS has signed two IT outsourcing renewal contracts with European financial sector clients, at a total value of over $100 million.
European private bank Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. has contracted with EDS for the continuation of outsourced operational and project services for its IT infrastructure. The contract will run through to June 2007.
KBC Bank and Insurance Holding Company has signed a three-year renewal contract for the development and management of software applications for KBC's credit, payments, savings, clearing/settlement, capital markets, trade, finance, securities, and life insurance operations.
