Poland's Bank Pekao has gone live with electronic funds transfer software from UK-based eFunds International. The bank is using the vendor's Connex product to drive ATM, eftpos, and EFT transactions over its national network.
The system, which runs on the IBM S/390 enterprise server platform, is currently being used to support over 700 ATMs and process five million transactions per month.
