BNP Paribas has chosen InfoVista software to measure and monitor its national and international network performance.
The French bank is to implement InfoVista's Quality of Service tool to manage both its branch network and its international network across Europe, the United States and Asia. The software will also provide centralised control and support for BNP Paribas's BNPNet Internet offering.
Typically used by telecomms operators and Internet Service Providers, the InfoVista system enables IT managers and non-technical users to manage IT resources, analyse Internet network resource activity and trends, anticipate future demands, and prepare customised quality of service reports.
