Northern Trust, a provider of treasury management and risk services, has launched a new Web-based corporate action delivery and decision response (CDR) tool for institutional clients and fund managers.
The system enables fund managers and clients to view corporate action entitlement notifications, event details, response screens, and reports using interactive screens, says the company.
Features of the system include audit trails to track decisions; detailed and summary information for each corporate action; and customised individual folders to target specific information for online reference.
