Leamington Spa-based insurance technology vendor Focus Solutions Group has appointed Nigel Smith as director of "market propositions".
Smith is charged with developing propositions which combine Focus' core product, goal:technology, with professional services for aiding the automation of customer Web sites, extranets and IFA systems.
Prior to joining the company, Smith was senior management consultant specialising in e-business in CMG Admiral's life, pensions and healthcare management consultancy practice. Before this, he was head of channel marketing at the Exchange during the management buy-out and subsequent IPO in 1999. He also worked at AXA Sun Life.
