UK-based Newbury Building Society has gone live with Lynx Financial Systems’ Frontline cashiers module across its branch network.
The new module allows for all types of transactions including the opening of new accounts, payments, withdrawals and balance transfers, to take place far quicker than was previously possible. The vast majority of these transactions are now fully automated, replacing back-office administrative functions, says the company.
Alan Moore, general manager, (administration) at Newbury Building Society comments: “Many of the front-of-house administrative tasks have been simplified thanks to Frontline. This means that standards in customer service are now significantly more efficient."
