UK-based Burns e-Commerce Solutions has appointed Eliot Heilpern as director of business development - payment solutions.
Prior to joining Burns, Heilpern was regional manager at the London offices of interbank network Swift, where he was responsible for overseeing banking relationships in Northern Europe, specialising in the payments and cash management arena.
Previously Heilpern worked at BankBoston where he was vice president cash management sales for Europe.
Burns e-Commerce Solutions offers companies B2B services to streamline payment transactions between suppliers and their banks, via the Internet.
