National Australia Bank's managing director of O2e (National's communications and Internet subsidiary) and executive general manager of eTransformation, Glenn Barnes, is to retire from the bank in January after 11 years with the Group.
Barnes has decided to pursue his business and community interests that already extend beyond the National.
National managing director and chief executive officer, Frank Cicutto says: "Glenn has provided leadership and strategic thinking to the National in a range of roles during his time with the company. I thank him for that significant contribution and wish him well in the future."
Bob Brice, in his new role as group general manager strategic projects, will assume Barnes' current responsibilities.
