Front Capital Systems, an operating unit of SunGard, has launched a programme to formalise relationships between Front and its partners and ensure a high level of service to the company's customer base.
The non-exclusive partner programme will be offered to service providers in Europe, South Africa, the US and Asia where Front Capital Systems has an active presence.
Participating companies will collaborate on implementations, adaptations and customer-specific developments. Front and its partners will also enter into joint marketing initiatives to promote their products and services and identify ways to increase awareness of their offerings within each market.
As part of the programme, Front will train and support each partner on the Front Arena platform in order to secure a portfolio of qualified companies able to provide a range of services to Front's customers. The company will also certify individuals employed by the partner organisation on key functional areas of the software in order to guarantee a working level of expertise and knowledge. The platform will be installed within each partner organisation for internal training and testing purposes.
The first companies to sign up to the programme are Fintec, Adacra and Infonation.
