Dutch finance group Fortis has deployed a credit card management solution from Entra, a subsidiary of TietoEnator.
Fortis will use Entra Card for the issuing and administration of Visa and Europay cards in the Dutch market. The deal also includes a five year maintenance support contract for the card system.
According to Erik Clausen, business area manager, Entra Payment Solutions, the contract win with Fortis is the company's largest single project so far.
Entra Card is based on IBM eServer iSeries and supports Visa, Europay and MasterCard as well as the EMV-standard.
