The Bank of Montreal is set to open a massive, state-of-the-art 'urban work campus' in downtown Toronto to house 3500 staffers.
The 350,000 square foot site in the Eaton Centre mall, will be spread over four floors and feature advanced digital technology, open floor plans, and collaborative work areas.
BMO says that the new site, opening in 2021, will help the bank attract top, high-tech talent in an increasingly competitive market thanks to its central location and easy underground access to public transport and hundreds of restaurants and shops.
