Sanchez and Perot Systems will jointly market an integrated customer solution for retail banking using Sanchez'Profile/Xpress. This is a real-time customer integration software product and will be used as the transaction and customer integration engine for Perot Systems.

In addition, the two companies will co-market the entire suite of Profile products, which includes Profile/Anyware, a real-time, customer-centric, multi-currency, multi-channel transaction processing system.

Frank Sanchez, CEO of Sanchez, comments: "The clarion call is for newer and better technologies that can deliver an 'active aggregation' of customer and account information and enable transactions against that data from any consumer touch point."

The solution is targeted at helping financial services organisations migrate from a mass-marketing approach to an individual customer focus. It aims to help them expand market presence through new channels and methods of delivery, facilitate e-commerce initiatives and support customer retention.

The offering also encourages a shift to more cost-effective channels to reduce the cost of integrating the products and services of merged or acquired institutions. The solution will lower product development costs as new offerings are automatically integrated across all delivery channels, say the companies.
