As a part of the agreement, NCR will provide the Teradata warehouse, Teradata customer relationship management (CRM) solution and consulting services.

Shaukat Tareen, chairman, Union Bank, says: "One way to offer better service is to provide customers with a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week telephone banking service."
