AIB Home Mortgages, a division of Ireland's AIB Bank, will use Staffware to replace its existing bespoke workflow system, which currently supports the bank’s mortgage application and account management operations.

Staffware’s process automation solution will operate alongside AIB Home Mortgage’s existing systems, routing information to the right people at the right time in the mortgage process. The Staffware system will integrate and communicate with existing legacy and other best of breed applications, continuing the process between disparate systems throughout the bank.

Richard Earle, senior operations manager, AIB Home Mortgages, says the Staffware technology will provide an opportunity to introduce Web-enabled self-service functionality into the mortgage application processes.

"It will also enable greater data capture resulting in improved management information, accurate activity cost predictions and analysis," he adds.
