Wireless application services provider Asia MobileNet has partnered with 724 Solutions to provide Hong Kong brokers and their customers with vital market information over the mobile Internet.
Asia MobileNet's Wise service is tailored to meet the needs of Hong Kong's mid-sized brokers, who are responsible for approximately 75 per cent of trades on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong where as many as 32 million shares change hands each day.

The service enables brokers and their customers to access real-time news alerts, A.I. stock commentary and data streaming stock quoting services. It also allows for personalised market services, such as watch lists of their favorite stocks, to be delivered to many brands of WAP-enabled phone, personal digital assistant (PDA) and Pocket PC devices.
Users can set alerts on stocks they are following and receive market news, stock quotes and other targeted information via SMS alerts. Brokers and their customers can also perform transactions, such as payments or share transfers, over their wireless device.
