Mosaic will use Stratus' ftServer product, based on Microsoft Windows 2000, to offer cost-effective, 24x7 availability and access to Postilion. Postilion is a retail banking product from Mosaic which delivers customer-generated payment transactions at every level of the EFT network. This ranges from ATM processing to regional and national transaction switches.

Dean Jordaan, software development manager at Mosaic, says: "Our software processes millions of transactions per month at retail banks around the world, so we required server deployment and application compatibility that would be both transparent and simple."
