The Marlborough Stirling package handles each loan right through its life cycle from initial enquiry to redemption – including electronic point-of-sale, underwriting, mortgage application processing, loan servicing and securitisation.

The South African bank says it will use the package to maximise the effectiveness of current channels, extend its Internet banking channel and enable the rapid launch of new products, as well as assist with arrears management.
