The "Objective Quality" Web site is split into three categories - certifications, innovations and public relations.

The certifications section details technical standards the bank has achieved, such as ISO 9001 certification in banking and insurance and ISO 20000/ISO 9001 certifications for "IT services".

The "innovations" area outlines BNP's strategy for tackling issues like technological development, global warming and globalisation, while the public relations section includes details of BNP's branch upgrade programme.

The site also includes details on current events and customer endorsements as well as a video interview with the bank's head of quality, Antoine Sire.
