The new solution is a specially packaged pre-configured release of selected OpenTrade software components specifically designed for entry level trading rooms, says the company.

It supports up to two real time digital market data feeds and up to 25 OpenTrade TradeWizard workstations. In addition OpenTrade Compact provides up to two contribution feeds which may be configured to enable the publishing of price and information data to external markets. It also provides interfaces and gateways to business processes throughout the front, middle and back office says the vendor.

OpenTrade's chief executive Joel Jervis, says: "Now the smallest trading room, and even the single freelance market trader can have access to the most advanced trading room technology."
