Finextra breaking news

Finextra Research is upgrading its daily and weekly newsletter service to offer more personalised delivery options, including sector-specific breaking newsflashes and a weekly careers newsletter.

The news alert service is operable during European working hours and complements our existing suite of channel-specific RSS feeds, which deliver the latest news headlines, company announcements, research and analysis.

With the new service, Finextra members can now elect to receive real-time breaking news direct to their e-mail inboxes on issues which directly map to their personal interests, including retail and wholesale banking, cards, payments, online banking, dealing rooms, ECNs and exchanges, STP, risk and security.

Finextra e-mail alerts were initially piloted at the Sibos conference in Copenhagen, as a means of keeping payments professionals instantly updated with breaking news from the conference and exhibition floor. During the week of Sibos, Finextra sent out over 160,000 newsflashes to our 500+ trial users.

At the same time, the new careers bulletin is being introduced to provide more exposure to our growing online jobs board, which has developed a firm following among recruitment agencies as a rich source of well-qualified financial technology professionals from both the banking and vendor community. The weekly mailer will provide a list of all jobs posted on Finextra in the previous week, along with news of people on the move and other careers-related info.

To sign up for our free daily newsletter and/or update your personal newsletter preferences, please register or log-on to your pre-existing account via the top-right navigation bar on each Finextra page.
