Toronto-based wealth management technology solutions provider, Spectra Securities Software has opened a new London office and named the company's co-founder John Kozak as managing director for Europe. He will be responsible for Spectra's long-range planning and business development throughout Europe and the UK.
According to Kozak, the UK is experiencing a phenomenal growth in private client investing. "Our move to the UK highlights a strategy for expanding Spectra's successful and proven Wealthware solution beyond North America and the Asia-Pacific regions," he says.
In his most recent role at Spectra, Kozak was responsible for Canadian sales. Prior to this, Kozak managed trading systems for a major brokerage firm.
