The Royal Bank of Scotland Financial Markets division has launched a new online trading service for foreign exchange, money markets and global treasury funds.
Tom Roche, RBS global head of e-commerce and agency treasury services says the Trade service was developed in direct response to customer demands for more sophisticated services in an increasingly competitive market.
"We are responding to this demand directly by launching Trade with additional features such as streaming pricing and order entry as well as giving customers the additional functionality they need," he says.
The browser-based package takes a one-size fits all approach and offers electronic trading for spot and forward FX and associated derivatives, a money market deposit service in sterling, euro, US dollars and 12 other currencies, plus a range of online treasury funds. Integrated post trade execution offers confirmation of deals online.
