Tradeline.com expands data offering to investment bankers

Massachusetts-based online financial database company, Tradeline.com has entered an agreement to integrate institutional shareholding information from LionShares.com, a division of Worldly Information Network, Inc., into its data resources to create a one-stop information resource for the investment banking community.

LionShares.com specialises in creating high quality data, flexible analytic tools and content that affects investor decisions by mining the SEC's database. It provides stock ownership data, giving a perspective of who's moving in and out of the ownership make-up of a company.
