Ohio-based Gasper is to extend it's ATM management software license for the Royal Bank of Scotland to incorporate the cash machine network of NatWest.
The upgrade takes the current license agreement for nearly 2000 Royal Bank of Scotland ATMs to over 5000 machines in the combined network. The bank is now Gasper's largest customer in Europe.
"The Royal Bank of Scotland Group is focused on improving customer satisfaction through increasing the availability of our ATMs," says Harry Hay, head of self-service operations. "We are looking for Gasper to provide us with superior levels of management information to help us achieve this aim."
