Sinagpore-based NEC Asia Pacific has acquired Decillion Solutions, a provider of Swift technology and services in the Southeast Asia and Pacific regions.
Founded in 1995, Decillion has operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. The company acts as a Swift Business Partner in South East Asia and the Pacific.
NEC says the acquisition will expand Decillion's system integration and customer services offerings.
Commenting on the acquisition, Andrew Lai, head of Swift's Singapore office, says: "Decillion's linking up with an established player such as NEC can only add further strength and depth to their capabilities."
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
