Privredna banka Zagreb, (PBZ) the largest financial institution in the Republic of Croatia, is implementing Top Image Systems' (TiS) document capture and management technology, eFlow, across the enterprise.
Tel-Aviv-based TiS says its automated data capture technology is able to integrate different types of data from multiple sources and then feed the information to enterprise applications, such as document management, ERP and CRM.
At PBZ, the eFlow platform will be used to process, capture, validate and index up to 2.5 million cheques and 30 million banking documents a year.
Gideon Shmuel, general manager of TiS Europe, says the technology will eliminate slow and costly manual data entry processes at the bank: "EFlow will empower PBZ to process significantly higher volumes of cheques and related information, reduce processing times and increase information capture accuracy."
TiS says the contract was secured by its local partner and distributor in Croatia, Mikrocop.
