Infonet says the access system for BCEE combines the security of a private network with the flexibility of the Internet, allowing high value messages to be passed over its managed MPLS IP network.

Tom Goerens, SwiftNet migration project manager at BCEE, says: "Like all global banks, we strive for optimum network security and end-user support."

Infonet teamed with local partner P&T Luxembourg to complete the IP implementation.
