Cor STP Solutions is deploying the B2Bits Antenna engine within its Salerio e2e platform to provide FIX 4.4 based messaging for allocations, confirmations and settlement instructions.
Salerio e2e is an STP trade processing platform specifically designed for investment managers. The product provides notification, confirmation, settlement and reconciliation for all instrument types.
Cor STP says the inclusion of FIX processing means that the platform can now provide FIX connectivity either directly to brokers or through services such as Omgeo, Swift and the DTCC.
Chris Brooke, business development director, COR Financial Solutions, says the partnership with B2Bits "will bring FIX connectivity to the investment management market in not only a cost effective manner in its own right, but also in such a way that FIX can be deployed seamlessly alongside other transaction based services".
B2BITS says the combined system will be one of the first in the market utilising FIX 4.4 processing at a live client site.
