The bank is using the thin client version of Four J's Business Development Suite to connect 400 staff in branches across Africa via a satellite network.

Bernard Gouraud, IT director, Banque Populaire, says: "Delta Informatique was able to provide us with an optimised solution that provided an exceptional response time via satellite - their use of the Four J's thin client technology was the key to meeting our goals."

Claude Delage, CEO, Delta Informatique, adds: "Using Four J's, we can leverage the original source code and it will run without re-writing on whatever platform our customer might have as part of their existing or forthcoming enterprise infrastructure."
