The contract covers merchant training, relocations, software and hardware upgrades and vandalism repairs for Cashcard's 4000 ATMs, as well as any new units.

Geoff Faber, director, sales and service, ITS, says: "As a result of this agreement we have expanded our staffing levels in our call centre and account management teams, taking the total to 300 people involved in supporting the company's largest third party maintenance contract."

Cashcard says ITS has provided a total business solution - from the acquisition of hardware needed to run ATMs to the ongoing maintenance associated in their upkeep.
