Berenberg expands its e-banking services for corporate customers.
At the centre of the new applications is the "Berenberg Corporate Portal", which is based on MULTIVERSA IFP by CoCoNet. Corporate customers will get access to many easy-to-operate functions for processing their international payment transactions and cash management.
The new web-based, multi-bank Corporate Portal is complemented by a mobile app. The bank's international corporate customers can access the secure system online or on a mobile device from anywhere in the world to check, modify and release financial data. "Fast first-class service and individual consulting are intrinsic to Berenberg," said Jens Dose, Director International Shipping Department. "As quality leader we are the principal bank handling international payment transactions, for example, for a great number of international shipping and ship management companies. Our unique selling point is quick and reliable execution and this is exactly what should be reflected when introducing a new corporate banking portal.
MULTIVERSA IFP increases the efficiency for our international customers as all e-banking services are provided in one central and secure system. The new portal offers numerous advantages for customers. As opposed to cash management software solutions run on customer servers, the new product distinguishes itself through reduced service and administration efforts both for the customer and for Berenberg. Updates are performed centrally by the bank and this way customers are constantly provided with the latest applications without the need for them to get involved. Aside from basic functions such as payments and cash management, MULTIVERSA IFP also offers, for example, an overview of accounts and a document mailbox containing all records of transactions.
