nTrust, the rapidly growing online and mobile money transfer platform that helps people around the world access, move and use their money instantly, today announces a strategic partnership with Trulioo, the leading global ID verification company, to further enhance the security of the nTrust community.

Aligning with Trulioo will help nTrust swiftly authenticate the identities of members in their growing online community while mitigating potentially fraudulent activity. With insight on over 3 billion people across over 40 countries, Trulioo's online identification verification service provides deep insight into online identities worldwide to help increase trust and safety.

"As our online and mobile community continues to grow across the globe, safety and fraud prevention is paramount," says Rod Hsu, President of nTrust. "Partnering with Trulioo allows us to have a deeper understanding of the members within our community, which is important in both the peer-to-peer marketplace and well as peer-to-merchant arena."

To get a snapshot of how Trulioo verifies identities online, the company provides businesses and organizations access to over 140 reliable and unique data sources worldwide - such as public records, consumer, telco, credit header and government data - to securely verify identities through a single Normalized API and web portal. Trulioo's technology is compliant with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements worldwide, which enable increased trust and safety of the nTrust community where consumers can send money instantly to friends, family or businesses using a smartphone, tablet or computer.

"The mobile money space is rapidly growing and with any emergent technology, online fraud and financial crime is always a risk," says Stephen Ufford, CEO & Founder of Trulioo. "nTrust has made the security of their community of chief importance since inception, and we're eager to help them take it a step further with deeper insight of their community."
