Money on Toast continues to provide all client facing services through its intelligent algorithm-powered service, including its risk profiling and investment recommendation processes, but Equiniti is undertaking all investment administration, including the facilitation of their regular portfolio rebalancing, and provision of technology services.

Customer service, business growth and innovation are key to Money on Toast and outsourcing to Equiniti will enable the business to focus on these core business objectives.

The efficiencies created will directly benefit clients through the reduction of investments fees thanks to the elimination of external platform costs, as well as providing access to a wider range of investment options including ETFs. It will also reduce administration for the Money on Toast team and allow the business to scale up without a corresponding increase in costs.
