One Stop coupons and vouchers go digital with Eagle Eye AIR

Retail convenience business One Stop is introducing Eagle Eye Solution's AIR technology to make it easier for customers to take advantage of promotional coupons.

The new technology will issue coupons via SMS and email, allowing customers to redeem their vouchers in store using their mobile phone.

Lizzie Reynolds, Head of Marketing at One Stop, says: "Convenience is at the heart of our business and using the Eagle Eye AIR platform enables real-time, personalised offers to be delivered direct to our customers via SMS and email. This is a real step forwards for our customers, as it means we can give them the deals and offers that they really want. "

The system will be running in all stores including One Stop franchises and will also be available to One Stop brand partners. This will ensure using the coupons is safe and convenient, and will give One Stop a deeper insight into their product offers.

Phillip Blundell, CEO of Eagle Eye, says: "We are delighted to be working with One Stop. Paper and analogue offers are no longer sufficient from both a commercial and practical sense. By using the Eagle Eye AIR platform One Stop will be able to deliver multichannel offers and promotions straight to their customers in a way that is easy and convenient for them. This not only allows One Stop to track their offers but also reduces operational costs and eliminates fraud."

CASE STUDY
During the World Cup, One Stop launched a promotion with brand partner Coca Cola through an online game. Promoted through the store's customer leaflet, on posters in store and on their website and Facebook page, customers were encouraged to play the game, which involved a digital penalty shoot-out. If the user scored they were rewarded with a range of prizes from a free Coke to a Sony PS4. Prizes could be redeemed via keyed entry in store using a code sent to the winner's mobile phone via the Eagle Eye AIR platform.
