Adrian Kamellard, Chief Executive of the Payments Council said:

"I'm delighted to welcome Investec, Metro Bank and TSB as full members of the Payments Council. The collaborative efforts of our members are continuing to deliver significant improvements for both financial institutions and customers and growing our membership with these leading organisations helps further extend the reach of these benefits."
