MDX Technology Ltd., the market data connectivity specialist, today announced it has appointed Collaborative Financial Services Inc. (CFSI) as its exclusive Canadian agent.

This selection follows the recent opening of MDXT's Princeton, NJ office and reaffirms the company's expansion plans for North America.

Paul Watmough, CEO at MDX Technology, said, "The global economy is bouncing back and financial services businesses in Canada are renewing their focus on growth. In order to drive both short-term revenue growth and a sustainable competitive advantage they are looking at technology such as ours. We firmly believe that a partner with local expertise and resources can help us further expand in the region. After a careful due diligence exercise we decided that CFSI is the right partner for us."

"MDX Technology has been leading the way in market data connectivity and collaboration solutions," said Jim Davies, co-founder and managing partner at CFSI. "The team has a strong reputation which fits perfectly with our strategy of offering best of breed solutions. In addition, we can leverage their solutions with future complimentary services."

CFSI is the latest addition to MDX Technology's growing eco-system designed to benefit clients and partners.
