Red Box Recorders, the global provider of voice and data recording solutions, has appointed an experienced senior director to take responsibility for the strategic direction of its highly successful product portfolio.

Alan Arnfeld joins Red Box Recorders as Product Director, with a remit which includes the development of a clear product roadmap, pricing architecture and marketing. He will also play a pivotal role in providing insight into key market opportunities as the business continues to expand internationally.

Prior to joining Red Box, Alan held several strategic roles in product management and marketing at organisations including Yahoo! and Cheapflights. His previous job was Director Product Management for Achilles, where he worked since 2005 and during which time the product line turnover increased fivefold.

Commenting on the new appointment, Lee Jones, CEO at Red Box Recorders, said: "As we continue to expand into new markets and territories we need to ensure that we have the right product mix and pricing structure to enable us to maximise the growth opportunities. Alan's appointment will ensure that we have the strategic direction and market knowledge that we need moving forward."
