Commenting on the appointment, Martin Bellamy, CEO of Salamanca Group, said: "We launched the Cyber Security division last year in the face of evolving threats to information systems generally and growing demand from our current clients for advice suited to their businesses and lifestyles. Rory's extensive track record of understanding customer challenges and leading global teams at a formidable organisation like Dell SecureWorks will complement the skills in our existing team. He is an extremely valluable addition to the business and we are delighted that he has come on board."

Rory Innes added: "Many organisations are struggling with the rapidly changing threat landscape and the burden of compliance and legislation. They often don't have the necessary skills to run an effective information security operation in house which has potentially damaging results. We can help clients to invest wisely in information security and get the most out of the technology they have by evolving their current people and processes.
