Bi-Sam make executive changes

Bi-Sam, a leading provider of performance measurement and attribution, risk analytics and client reporting solutions for the global asset management industry, today announced a number of key executive appointments to support the implementation of the Company's new growth strategy and further enhance its focus on best-in-class client service.

The organisational changes include appointing current Board of Directors member Donal Smith as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board; Paul Mattison as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer; and William Haney as Chief Operating Officer, Enterprise Software.

BI-SAM's strategy to drive growth for the business includes ambitious plans for strategic acquisitions and the expansion of the Company's research and development capabilities, including the creation of an additional new R&D facility.

Mr. Smith was formerly CEO of securities lending data specialist Data Explorers and CEO of Thomson Financial's businesses in Europe and Asia and CEO of FT.com. He has been a member of BI-SAM's Board of Directors since 2012.

Mr. Mattison is a proven financial and operations leader, bringing a wealth of senior executive experience at software and technology firms to his new role as CFO/CAO of BI-SAM. Previous positions include roles as Chief Financial Officer with MLM Information Services, MarketWatch and FAME Information Services.

Mr. Haney joined BI-SAM recently from Thomson Reuters, where he held a number of executive roles over a period of 15 years. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Enterprise Software, he will be responsible for BI-SAM's market-leading B-One solutions business.
