Computershare acquires SocGen's SG Vestia

Computershare Limited (CPU.AX) has acquired SG Vestia Systems Inc. ('SG Vestia') from Société Générale S.A. (GLE.PA). SG Vestia provides employee equity plan administration services to North American and European clients.
