Virtual Piggy (OTCQB: VPIG), provider of innovative safe youth payments technology, Oink, today announced that it has partnered with Visualsoft.

Visualsoft is one of the UK's leading eCommerce agencies, providing web and e-commerce services to over 1,000 UK businesses and have today announced a partnership with Oink to deliver a safe and secure payment solution for youth-market focused eCommerce sites. Oink and Visualsoft have reached a deal that will see 50 UK and EU merchants with combined revenue totalling over £345m PA to be contracted by end of Q2. Merchants include Charles Clinkard, Blue Inc, Blueberries, Jules B, Fillow, and others.

Oink is the only COPPA-compliant payment technology designed to allow retailers and game publishers to reach under 21 consumers in a safe, legal and effective manner. The award-winning technology enables teens to manage, with parental supervision, their allowance online, as well as shop safely, and track budgets and serves as a family wallet that is available online or via mobile, and will have in-store payment options available in 2014.

"Integrating Oink into our payment offerings is a great addition to the Visualsoft eCommerce service," said Rich Himsworth, Head of Business Development at Visualsoft. "We're excited to be able to partner with Oink in this way and open doors to the youth market for our youth-focused retailers."

"Visualsoft is an excellent partner for Oink as we continue to grow within the UK and European markets," said Joe Peden, General Manager, EMEA at Oink. "Their expertise and relationships with thousands of retailers within the UK make this an exciting opportunity to continue our rapid international growth at an accelerated pace."
