Capco, the global business and technology consultancy dedicated solely to the financial services industry, today announced the addition of two senior hires to its Human Capital team.
Amy Brodsky, Director, Leadership and Development and Employee Engagement, and Mary Keller, Director, Workforce Planning, join the team based in North America in support of the firm's ongoing recruitment drive throughout the region.
Brodsky joins to lead Human Capital Strategy and Development, a new function within the Human Capital group, and will be responsible for overseeing the North American Leadership and Development team. Brodsky has over 20 years of global experience in HR management and consulting, leading client engagements that span large-scale mergers and acquisitions, organizational change as well as transformation, divisional restructuring and cultural integrations.
Keller also joins the team to lead a new function, Workforce Planning - which includes both recruiting and resourcing - and will be responsible for the core base recruiting team in North America. Keller brings with her over 25 years of experience in various HR disciplines, including both blue chip and start-up organizations.
