In his new role, Mr. Bieker will manage product strategy for Compliance Science's suite of solutions, including the Personal Trading Control Center (PTCC), C-TRAC and CSI - DOCVAULT systems, to continue meeting clients' evolving needs and capturing market opportunities. Mr. Bieker's hiring is expected to help accelerate product development as CSI executes on its plan to expand into new and global markets.

Mr. Bieker's experience in customer-focused product management and innovation spans 20 years. Most recently, he was Director of Product Development and Management at Advent Software from 2006 to 2013. During his tenure at Advent, Mr. Bieker was responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Company's revenue management software, while expanding the product's user base to hundreds of clients worldwide. Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Bieker founded East Circle Solutions, Inc., a revenue management application firm with a user base of more than 100 investment managers. Mr. Bieker previously worked at Advent Europe and in Goldman Sachs's Private Wealth Management business. Mr. Bieker graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Economics.

In January 2014, CSI announced that it had received an $8.25 million Series A minority investment from Edison Ventures, an information technology-focused venture capital firm. The growth capital received from Edison Ventures is being used to build CSI's team and further invest in its products.
