Arbuthnot teams with Sandstone to launch private banking app

Private Banking specialist, Arbuthnot Latham has launched a new mobile banking App to its clients.

The bank prides itself on its high levels of personal service and the mobile banking App's release is the latest collaboration with Sandstone Technology to improve its online and digital banking services to an ever demanding client base.

The mobile banking app operates on both Apple iOS and Android platforms providing a full range of secure services including account balance/ transaction reporting and the ability to make payments.

James Fleming, Chief Executive at the bank commented 'Clients have an expectation that their banking services keep up to pace with technological developments in their day to day life. Smart phones and tablet devices are the convenient and efficient way for busy clients to keep on-top of their daily banking needs. The mobile banking app's deployment is only one of a number of digital and online banking projects that the bank has commenced to enhance its online presence.

The decision to select Sandstone as the bank's digital banking platform was taken after lengthy vendor assessment. Key to the selection process was the ability to demonstrate a strategy and philosophy to provide future innovative banking services on evolving devices, with one eye on the next technological advance and the personalisation of client services.

Sandstone's BankFast digital banking platform has been widely deployed globally and their client base is increasing in the UK.
