Fundtech appoints Michael Jackson head, Americas cash management

Fundtech, a market leader in global transaction banking solutions, today announces that it has hired Michael F. Jackson as Head of Americas Cash Management.

He was brought on to lead Fundtech's cash management business in the Americas as the company invests in and expands the business in this market. He reports to Gil Gadot, Head of Global Cash Management, and Edward Ho, President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Jackson brings to Fundtech more than 25 years of experience in financial services, in areas including product strategy and product management, enterprise application software development, professional services, customer support, and bank operations. He was most recently Vice President of ACI's Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) group. Before joining ACI he held various senior roles with S1 Corporation, including General Manager of the firm's Americas Channel where he was instrumental in the design and development of S1's Corporate Banking Application. He began his career in financial services at Regions Financial Corporation.

"Michael Jackson brings a wealth of experience in financial services and technology, and has a deep understanding of the liquidity challenges facing corporate treasurers, as well as the needs of the banks that serve this group," says Gadot. "With a demonstrated track record of team leadership, business growth, and improved customer satisfaction, he will drive the evolution of Fundtech's North American cash management product suite to best serve its customers."
