AnywhereCommerce, a global payments technology provider, reinforced its commitment to addressing the business objectives of the merchant services reseller market with a portfolio of end-to-end mobile point of service (mPOS) solutions ideal for enterprise-level merchants.

The comprehensive solution simplifies the ability of Independent Service Organizations (ISOs) and resellers who serve the needs of small, medium, and enterprise businesses to quickly deliver complete end-to-end mPOS solutions with fully integrated hardware, software and payment gateway components. The company has hired long-time expert, Jody Latimer, formerly of Roam Data, to lead this strategic business development effort.

"I am very proud to join the AnywhereCommerce team, and contribute to the company's aspirations for becoming the leading provider for end-to-end mPOS solutions around the globe," said Latimer. "Its multiple patents related to audio jack transactions, as well as its impressive roster of customers, are both a testament to the company's leadership in the industry. The company has a tremendous track record, and even more opportunity to serve the burgeoning mobile commerce demands that are taking place on a global scale."

"Jody Latimer is a respected industry leader who understands the pain points and unique opportunities inherent in this market," said Mitchell Cobrin, founder and chief executive officer of AnywhereCommerce. "His insights will help us deepen our connection and broaden our commitment to this vital business segment, and extend our ability to provide effective mPOS solutions to customers with sophisticated needs and complex operational challenges."
