Algorithmica Research AB and FCG - The Financial Compliance Group AB are pleased to announce that FCG's risk and compliance services offering will be based on Algorithmica's ARMS and Quantlab system platform for financial analytics, market risk and compliance reporting.

The system set-up will also include the Algorithmica History Server for centralized market- and instrument data management with data from multiple sources.

Alexander Nadjalin, Senior Manager at FCG said: "As consultants, we know all the systems available in the market, and Algorithmica's offering combines state of the art technology and financial know-how with outstanding service and support. It is comfortable to know that bespoke development demanded for our services offering can be done either in-house or using Algorithmica's development team, without delay. Since Algorithmica provides us with an open and tractable system, we can always understand how things are calculated without having to consult the supplier. Buying into Algorithmica's proven system platform is by far the most cost effective and fastest way to market, compared to other options we have explored."

Robert Thorén, Partner of Algorithmica said: "We are pleased that the market leader in risk and compliance consulting in the Nordic region has decided to partner up with Algorithmica for their risk services offering. We have worked together with consultants from FCG on numerous occasions on common client projects, and know how well our risk management philosophies align. FCG understands both the regulatory requirements as well as how to implement internal policy and procedure that forms the basis of sound and effective steering of modern financial institutions all in line with what is technically feasible. We very much look forward to working with FCG in serving their clients with the right analytics at the right time."
