MarketDelta Trader LLC (MarketDelta) and Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT) today announced they have entered into a licensing agreement under which MarketDelta will license TT's entire patent portfolio, which includes more than 400 patents for electronic trading in financial markets.

MarketDelta, which has a strong brand and consistent record of trading and charting innovation, can now build the TT intellectual property that traders worldwide have come to rely upon into its powerful product lineup.

"We are looking forward to offering our customers a trading interface incorporating TT's technology. TT has innovated significantly for the benefit of the trading community, and we feel our customers will only benefit by us licensing TT's patent portfolio. We have seen significant growth in our products lately and look to improve our software by licensing TT's technology. We believe our tools provide traders with an edge, and by incorporating TT's patents we will significantly increase our customers' trading efficiency," said Trevor Harnett, CEO of MarketDelta.
