GoldenSource Corporation, an independent supplier of enterprise data management (EDM) solutions for the securities and investment industry has been selected by the Corporate and Investment Banking Unit of a leading Spanish Bank to refine and centralise its data management infrastructure.

The Bank provides individual and corporate customers with a complete range of financial and non-financial products and services. GoldenSource will deliver a 360 degree view of data across the organisation and a platform for multi-phase, complex future requirements.

"Ongoing regulatory changes have forced banks to look at how they manage data across the organisation, placing a greater emphasis on transparency and the need for a holistic, 360 degree view of data at an enterprise level," said Massimo Broggi, Regional Director of Client Operations at GoldenSource. "This bank is leading the way in evolving its data management strategy to provide its clients with better risk management, greater transparency and superior operational efficiency. This is a flagship announcement for GoldenSource in Spain and strengthens our position in the region."
