Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (JKHY) is a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry.

Its Jack Henry Banking® division announced today that First National Bank of Bastrop has selected its SilverLake System® core processing platform to provide enterprise-wide automation. This Texas-based bank, which has more than $400 million in assets, will install SilverLake in-house.

It is imperative that we have a strong core provider that we can count on going forward, and we believe Jack Henry Banking offers the tools and technology we need to succeed."

According to Stan Viner, general manager of sales for Jack Henry Banking, "We are confident that the functionality and flexibility of SilverLake and our fully integrated complementary solutions will enable this bank to optimize its business strategy, continually enhance its customers' experience and its staff's efficiency, and capitalize on the trends that are shaping the banking industry. We believe this bank's SilverLake decision can be its last core technology decision and we look forward to a long, successful relationship with this growth-focused bank."

In addition to SilverLake, First National Bank of Bastrop will initially implement an array of Jack Henry Banking's complementary solutions including StreamLine Platform Automation® - Deposits™; StreamLine Platform Automation® - Loans; Vertex Teller Automation System™; Vertex Teller Capture™; components of the jhaPassPort™ ATM and debit card transaction processing platform; Cognos 10™ business intelligence and enterprise reporting; BIG Rewards™ customer rewards and loyalty; Yellow Hammer Fraud Detective™; Yellow Hammer BSA™; 4|sight Item Imem Imaging™; the DirectLine Wires™ transfer service with the FRB; components of the Synergy™ Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution; and components of the Enterprise Payment Solutions™ (EPS) payments platform.
